@dunnesstores Really upset with the dreadful customer service I’ve experienced online following a minor issue with an employee in store. I have been a loyal customer of Dunnes for years & expected more. I have been left out of pocket due to an error from a Dunnes Employee!!!

@qatarairways very disappointed to find out our airline points are not on our account. As like no other airline we’ve been told we have to register the flights within 6 months. They are not automatically added. Very disappointing customer service!
