400miles and 6hrs 30 journey from Shropshire to London Heathrow a very nice gentleman at @HeathrowAirport helped find our bags, which had been missed off our @lufthansa flight. All we needed was an email to say that everything would have been so different!! #nocontact #Lufthansa
