Friday night, Toby Keith took the stage at Jeff Ruby’s and sang for a hour. He has been battling cancer and it was the first time he has performed in a year

It has been 15 years since the NRC has increased the price of our license. As of June 2022 our rate is now $300 for a 3 year membership to the National Racing License.

Here's a hint when filling out your HISA registration. If you are licensed in California, Florida or New York, these three states have public license databases. You can search for your name and retrieve your license #.
