what it does, in order:
connect (5042, gas is USDC)
pick a pack

we check Uniswap V3 for a real USDC pool on each name if the pool is empty we kick the name out if it isn't, USDC gets split by the weights we froze SwapRouter02, exactInputSingle, one multicall coins go to the wallet you connected

there is no RACK vault sitting in the middle. liquidity is still in the Uniswap pool it was already in. fee is just a USDC transfer to treasury before the swaps 0.80% on buy, 0.30% on the way out.
