• he just came back from a schedule

• he visited the practice room today to celebrate august 5th and filmed a little reel for fans

• he recently started working out again after taking a break because of his shoulder injury and is slowly getting back into shape. after the tour, he wants to focus on taking care of his body, strengthening his core, and improving areas he felt needed more work

• because of his busy tour schedule, he hasn’t had much time to go to the practice room or film dance content like he used to

• he teased that there are many fun things coming and asked fans to look forward to them
