@turnbulldugarte Sorry to hear this. It requires such strength to reach out for help and to be open about it. Hope you are able to keep prioritising your own wellbeing! ❤️
@SarahRoseCrook@AmyKnightMH Ours who is 4 also loves anything to do with patterns and mosaic puzzles which I feel is maths adjacent so maybe yours likes that too!
@SarahRoseCrook@AmyKnightMH I love that website :) my mom is a Montessori teacher and gave me suggestions, it’s what they actually use in classrooms. For her age she might like the 100 board or things like an abacus or the golden cube/beads. But so much to choose from!
@SarahRoseCrook@AmyKnightMH Also Montessori maths materials are excellent, lots for her age involving beads and pegs and weights etc which are awesome I used to order here https://t.co/Zpf4QX9k5x
@SarahRoseCrook@AmyKnightMH Do you have zingo numbers bingo? Also any board game really, also playing groceries with a cash registry. I guess math camps when older? Sometimes universities do math and stem stuff but I think more for older kids
Very detailed and rigorous response - definitely worth reading the very comprehensive response the authors wrote
But more so: read the original article! It has an novel theory, new data and extensive quant AND qual evidence and really pushes forward our knowledge on the topic
@ZParolin@NuffieldCollege The story museum “little worlds” (book a time slot ); the public library in Westgate centre, children’s section. Also the modern art museum has a play room that’s sometimes really good for kids!
Having some APSA/EPOP fomo I think, so I wrote something short about gender gaps in the recent U.K. elections using available YouGov cross-tabs.
