@AmazonHelp I couldn’t find anything on there that was helpful. For some reason the device isn’t recognizing our Prime Music subscription. Is there a way to reconnect it? It works on all our other devices…

@amazonmusic did your subscription packages change? We used to be able to play any song via Prime Music but now Alexa says we can only play specific songs with Amazon Music Unlimited??

@AmazonHelp That’s not the problem… we can still play music just fine from our library and other sources, as well as all our other devices.

@AmazonHelp Yes… it also seems like it still works through the Alexa app and from our Echo Dot, and our Echo Show is the only one that is having this problem.

@AmazonHelp Alexa isnt telling us that it can only be played through Amazon Music Unlimited. We’ve heard that message before and this one is different, she says “Playing specific songs is only available with Amazon Music Unlimited”. But yes, I can play the same song I ask for in the app.
