@amazonIN My ₹2,370 prepaid order was marked delivered, but no delivery executive came. No OTP was required either. Many users reported similar experiences (screenshots). Even other platforms use OTP for much cheaper orders. @AmazonHelp @amazonIN Nothing is working there. Not a single delivery boy of amazon was seen on cctv neither anyone recieved it. 2nd time it's happening. Delivery person is marking the order as delivered but not delivering the order, last time I got my order next day after he marked delivered.

The delivery partner shouldn't have to fear being blamed for a packaging issue. During the monsoon, please use stronger waterproof bags or another rain-safe solution to protect both customers and your delivery partners.

@blinkitcares @letsblinkit your delivery partner arrived on a cycle in heavy rain. The paper bag was completely soaked and tore while handing over my order, causing the groceries to fall on the road. He kept apologizing, but this wasn't his fault—it was packaging.

Please don't ask customers to bring bags from home. That's the whole point of doorstep delivery. Many orders are received by senior citizens. If they had to carry bags downstairs, they could simply buy from a nearby store.
