The fibre internet connectivity from @reliancejio@JioCare is down since 2 pm yesterday. Resolution time just getting pushed on automated updates. No team is reachable or has info. This is very pathetic - can we get a commitment for resolution?
@reliancejio@JioCare pathetic state of affairs. the internet fibre connectivity is down since last afternoon 2 pm in Goregaon West. Resolution time keeps extending and now it’s supposed to by 7 pm. . Nobody reachable for even an explanation - the least a customer can expect!

@kavi_ta_gupta Really the worst. Pune customer care number that doesn’t work. technician installing supposed to also register for warrantee. So if the technician doesn’t register it there is nothing you can do. And no number you can call. Worst product and service. Never again

Going through a kafkain farce with @ZEE5India and @ZEE5Global. I have cancelled my Singapore subscription in Jan 2024 as I have moved out of country. And got new subscription in India since Feb 2024. However @ZEE5Global continues charging me monthly renewal charges 1/n

@ZEE5India I canceled my Singapore subscription in Jan 2024 as I have moved to India. I am now subscribed to your India premium package. But I am still being charged SGD 8.95 - please urgently check on this and refund the excess payments charged.
@ZEE5India I have already done this. It does NOT show any Singapore subscription which I can cancel. It only shows my India Subscription which I have already paid in full in India. See screengrab.
