@Citibank why have you opened the customer care when they dont have any authority? Its been 2 months we are trying to solve our credit card query, you said its sorted. But still when we went to shopper stop its still showing "in progress"

@AskCiti When your guys need to sell credit card, u will keep on calling even if phone is busy. But when they are asked for solution, they just give half a ring & if by chance the phone is busy. They will simply send a sms saying customer is busy to pick our call. We are innocent ppl!
