Hello. I'm new to the #writingcommunity. I write horror mostly, but love to read all genres, including YA, Fantasy, Romance, etc. Feel free to say "HI". 😘
@LAThomasAuthor @OGPantherLilly Maybe don't speak for the entire population of human beings on twitter. You're here to kill time and everyone is a stranger to you. Obviously, other people make actual friendships on here. Friends do genuinely care when you're suddenly MIA.

@OGPantherLilly We are all strangers on here, killing time playing at social media. Yes I have a few close buds on here but if I was worried I would dm them. People don’t need to apologise because they’ve taken a few days off social media. It’s weird.
hiii im gray. kinda new to #booktwt, looking for moots!📚✨🌱🌸
- 23, they/she
- romance, romantasy, YA, dystopian (mostly romance tho)
- also enjoy taylor swift and the other main pop girlies
- reading goal for 2024: 120 books🫶🏻
@RachelGlickler@marie_grime So they did all of it on their own? That's impressive. I wouldn't offer them editing suggestions because the books are already out. It's not against the law to publish books that aren't perfect. It's commerce. People buy and review. Other people read reviews and buy. The end.
@HopeMullinax@LichenCraig@MadelineAndraia But she's an editor. She knows these things. But if she doesn't, that means she's a shit editor right? We all found out today.

@LichenCraig@NatalieKelda You sound absolutely ridiculous. Someone who grew up hating fanfiction, feeling above it, and now is misquoting basic facts like a fucking idiot.
At least google narcissism; it's rooted in insecurity and not being loved as a child. Get therapy and go touch glass.
I should probably go on a book buying ban... but I won't!
Treated myself to this special edition of Holly Jackson's #agoodgirlsguidetomurder published by @HarperCollinsUK
Picked up on via their TikTok shop... ssshhh... don't tell X! 👀
I wonder what book I'll buy next based on the cover... 🤔
Have you read this one yet?

What happens is important (plot) but equally or more important is how the plot's events affect our characters. Allow your character to feel, write scenes in which they're processing the events. Empathy is key, if we don't know how the events make the character feel, we care less.
