JFK introduced a school fitness program called the "La Sierra System," designed by a WWII veteran. It focused on building strength, flexibility, endurance, and leadership skills.

The program encouraged students to strengthen their minds and bodies. One key element was "ability grouping," where students were ranked based on their physical fitness.

In other words, it was a competition.

To be in the top group, students had to do at least 12 handstand push-ups and 14 pull-ups. Students pushed themselves to be the strongest and fastest.

We need to bring back that determination and resilience.

🚨 5 cultural viruses are infecting our society, corroding our values and contaminating our lifestyle:

3. Finally, it is important to expand our reach by connecting with others and growing our network. The more people are aware of us, the more people will listen to what we have to say and eventually wake up.

With the help of our journalistic work, the world is currently experiencing a Great Awakening, with people all over becoming more aware and conscious of the issues and challenges facing society. So please connect with those who are trying to enlighten the world. We are more!
