I think a base could greatly help you, and with such you could easily make changes to the base like facial structure, but then again I know nothing about modeling! But whatever you do, it'll be great!

@Freedomunivers5 Yeah I totally understand! It depends on the person! Would the comms be in your style i assume? Like would you be given someone's ref sheet then you redraw it to fit?
You could possibly make a base and let your commissioners go over it with their character! Just an idea! <3

@Freedomunivers5 The general time the commission is cam be alot longer then a month, theres no issue there! The one I had received took alot longer then one month, but it was also from scratch! Its expected to take long with how much work goes into modeling and doing all the extras!! <3

@Freedomunivers5 I've seen possibly around 65 to 95 as a base, BUT it also heavily depends on the commission. Like how detailed the character is, what additions they want, and ofc additions you previously didnt have would cost extra !
