@AnnaOdesitka Hi Anna, I was diagnosed with complex PTSD after the hospital I was being treated at in kyiv was hit by a drone in January this year. If you’ve not already tried it, I can highly recommend EMDR therapy - it’s really helped me a lot. Good luck and I hope you can feel better soon!
