I built StockTracker because I couldn't find a free tool that matched how individual investors actually invest.
So I built one.
It's free.

"Allocation is khas, baaki sab bakwas." 🎯
As rightly said by @ResearchSOIC and @ishmohit1.
The portfolio can still deliver poor returns if your allocation is wrong.
Use this calculator to decide exactly how much to allocate to each conviction bucket.

STOP taking your supplements at the wrong time.
Timing isn’t magic but it can affect absorption and improve results.
Here is your quick supplemnet guide.
1. Vitamin D3 + K2
Vitamin D is fat-soluble. Take it with eggs, avocado, nuts, olive oil or pure ghee.
2. Iron
Vitamin C supports iron absorption. Keep a 2-hour gap from tea, coffee, calcium and zinc. Tea and coffee can reduce iron absorption.
3. Zinc
Never on an empty stomach. Keep it 2 hours away from iron and calcium and take it after food.
4. Omega-3
Take it with a meal containing healthy fats. So better after lunch or dinner. Avoid taking it at the same time as iron.
5. Magnesium
30 minutes before bed, if you taking it for improving sleep
6. Calcium
The body absorbs around 500 mg at one time. Split larger doses between morning and evening.
7. Probiotics
30 minutes before food, so the bacteria survive stomach acid and reach the gut.
Remember, supplements are not magic pills.
They work best when supported by the right foundation: real food, movement, sunlight, hydration, quality sleep and stress management.
Quality over quantity. Take only what you need, and always keep your doctor in the loop, especially if you take medication.

In my 14 years of practice, these are some of the common mistakes I have seen repeatedly in people who suffer from serious heart conditions.
1. They ignore sleep.
Late nights, broken sleep and 4–5 hours of rest are not normal. Your heart needs deep recovery.
2. They normalise stress.
Everyone has stress. But living with chronic stress without recovery slowly affects the body.
3. They overestimate movement.
A 30-minute walk is good, but it is not enough if you sit for 8–10 hours every day.
4. They ignore blood pressure.
High blood pressure can silently damage the heart for years before it becomes obvious.
5. They call unhealthy habits “occasional.”
A few cigarettes. Social drinking. Junk food. Late nights. These add up when repeated often.
Yes, sometimes genetics, age and medical history play a role.
But your daily lifestyle plays a role too.
