@StaniKulechov Tldr:
The EVM is not fit for purpose to manage digital assets.
If trade guarantees are not enforced at the protocol level then you're one click away from disaster
Yesterday #Radix has proven to the world that it is - at least from a tech perspective - a Top 5 coin.
700,000 swaps per second !!!
And the test was run by the community, using normal hardware. No super expensive machines that are often being used by L1 projects to artificially pump up the numbers.
Congrats to the team and community, and thanks @timanrebel for organizing this test.
Dan's vision lives on.
The future of DeFi belongs to Radix.

Yesterday @Radix lead by @timanrebel quietly crossed a line that almost no one in crypto has crossed before.
🚀 Over 800,000 SPS was reached in an open, public community test.
Not TPS.
SPS.
Here’s the simple difference:
•TPS = how many transactions are sent
•SPS = how many transactions are actually executed and finalized
SPS is what really matters. It’s real work getting done.
Why this is huge:
• the test was open – anyone could join
• it ran in messy, real conditions, not a sterile lab
• real cross-shard activity, real atomic swaps
• no special hardware, no single data center tricks
This wasn’t a marketing demo.
This was the network doing the work.
I honestly believe more than a few big players were watching this closely.
When real scalability shows up, people notice.
Radix’s time hasn’t arrived yet - but it’s clearly coming.
Now it’s just a matter of when, not if.
And yes… this is exactly the kind of moment many of us have been waiting years for.
Moments like this remind us that Dan Hughes truly was a genius.
His vision wasn’t theoretical - it was real, and we’re now watching it unfold together.
We all miss him deeply ❤️

@radixdlt Hyperscale reached ~701,000 SPS during a live community test.
SPS matters because it measures transactions actually executed and finalized, not just submitted.
Why this is a record in crypto:
• no other sharded L1 has demonstrated atomic cross-shard execution at this scale
• no other network has shown this level of throughput in open, real-world conditions
• no reliance on high-end or centralized infrastructure
This is not theoretical scalability.
This is verifiable execution.
A milestone years in the making - and a vision first articulated by Dan Hughes.

That was awesome!
Radix always so modest in comms. We hit 500k pool swaps per second sustained, peaking around 800k swaps/s.
A swap is way more complex than a simple native token transfer.
And all this on community hardware. You don't know what hamsters people throw in there.
All it takes is just ONE catalyst at the right moment!
Radix is NOT constricted by token unlocks.
Radix is NOT stopping development - they are doing the opposite
Radix is NOT limited by the technology - it is of the most scaling project out there with the most user friendly UI
I wish all the success in the world to Radix and most importantly for that catalyst to come sooner than later. ❤️
Good lord! How sad it is that they have to add this band-aid/duct tape solution to those shitty EVM networks? Assets should be first class objects. Period.
@radixdlt FTW! The ONLY network that gets it right from the beginning.
