If you are going to base whether to formally ballot people off a questionnaire sent by email, it could have been made clearer. Unless I am going blind
The original email we got had no mention of surveying people's willingness to strike, just pay offer. I would have thought for something so important, this should have been better indicated, or why not send a physical letter. Has to be worth cost of a stamp. #nhspay#radiography
