Think about the millions of kids who grew up without those memories and losing those traditions. It’s a big deal and a lot of people aren’t even noticing. We used to have 8 in my town alone. Now it’s maybe 1. These festivals brought he community together we all looked forward to festival season. Cheap Beer, Big 6, Chicken Church dinners and friends and family from the neighborhood. Nobody knows anybody anymore. We don’t really have an identity or a common thread. It’s all big corporations the mom and pop stores are gone. It’s gross.

Bricks and Minifigs - from BAD to WORSE!

This is the body cam footage of the Utah police talking to the former franchisee about the Bricks and Minifigs (BAM) Reckless Ben situation.

The man puts the CEO of BAM, Ammon McNeff, on the phone. McNeff says a number of interesting things:

1) He ADMITS that the family is owed the money, but denies that he or the new franchisee owe it.

I reserve the right to be mistaken, but my understanding of franchise law is that although the franchisor is typically NOT liable for the debts of the franchisee, there are circumstances under which they can be - e.g. if they exercise sufficient control over the franchisee, such that the franchisee can be considered an “agent” under the law.

Given the degree of involvement the CEO is displaying with the new franchisee (the guy holding the phone), that argument might be made here.

2) He ADMITS the money is owed, but claims that Ben (Reckless Ben) has no interest in it.

This too is not necessarily true if the owner of the LEGOs assigned his claim to Ben. But set that possibility aside…

3) McNeff says that Ben and the others threatened to kill someone, attempted to commit extortion, and other serious crimes.

Again, under reserve of the right to be wrong, while it’s not illegal to lie per se to an officer in Utah, my understanding is that it is illegal to make false statements with the intention of getting officers to conduct official acts (i.e. press charges).

With the accusations he is making - that Ben threatened to kill someone! - McNeff might be getting close to that line.

4) McNeff ADMITS the money is owed, but claims the former franchisee broke all sorts of rules in contracting with the LEGO owner, which is why the franchisor terminated their agreement.

Depending on the knowledge of the misconduct of the franchisee, that might be another argument for the potential liability of corporate - if they knowingly let the franchisee break rules to the detriment / fraud of customers.

All that to say, the more McNeff talks, the more damage he causes to the brand and goodwill of BAM - even if Reckless Ben did cross certain lines.

Do not EVER do business with the store "Bricks & Minifigs." These are known thieves who stole a dying old man's collection that he worked his entire life to build.

They're also in a weird Mormon cult and like to weaponize police/swat people who try to serve them legal court documents.

Dangerous, dirty, corrupt rats who don't deserve a cent. Spread the word, tell your friends family and neighbors. It is incredibly important to rid the country of a company filled with religious cultist rats who couldn't honor a deal and simply give a man his Legos back.

Here is episode 1 (linked below). However, episode 2 showcases clear police corruption in the state of Utah. There is no doubt about it here, they are abusing their powers and breaking the law. It’s as clear as day. Please watch episode 1 and episode 2. I think someone high up in the justice system needs to take a serious and urgent look in to this.

Bro, Ben Gorman and his wife who are the original owners of the store in the beginning of the video. They are infairly being villainized. They lost their life savings and are suing corporate to get Bryan’s legos or money back. They have a gofundme I strongly suggest everyone support them. I know them personally and they are good people. Politically we disagree on everything lol but they are good people and not thieves. Ben has a legit IQ of 150, he wouldn’t be going forward with this if he didn’t know he was going to win.

The bodycam footage of Henry Nowak has just been released.

An 18-year-old who was stabbed FIVE TIMES called the police for help.

His attacker told officers Henry was a racist.

So they handcuffed the victim.

Henry told them over and over:

"I've been stabbed."
"I can't breathe."
"Please brother, I can't breathe."

An officer responded: "You've been stabbed, mate? I don't think you have."

Henry died in handcuffs.

The mainstream media has said NOTHING.

🚨#BREAKING: Police have identified the man who st*bbed a woman to de*th on a public train in Atlanta.

His name is John Elijah Matthews, a Black male.

66-year-old Margaret Swan was sitting alone in the train car when Matthews walked up to her and st*bbed her in the throat in broad daylight.

Swan began screaming and trying to get up from her seat, but Matthews held her down and then st*bbed her 18 more times.

Matthews was then seen on the CCTV cameras throwing the 66-year-old woman to the floor and standing over her as she di*d until the train arrived at the Oakland City Station.

Police are not releasing the CCTV footage from the train.
