💗Kindness and Appreciation in and out of work are important! Understanding that people have different ways of feeling appreciated! @drpaulwhite@DrGaryChapman Words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, gifts, appropriate physical touch! 🤝🤲 🎁🙌🎉 #LeadingWithKindness
Important take home points from @rayyalamd at #SPR2023
- Imposter thoughts are normal
- Acknowledge your thoughts and challenge your doubts
- build a network of trusted friends and mentors to share with
- fix the culture, not the person
Happy New Year! Thankful for the start of another year. Wishing everyone a 2022 full of health, happiness, and positivity 🎉 Grateful we could round out 2021 in the company of amazing people and helping others! #bswhealth#bswradresident#radres#happyholidays#happynewyear #2022
@kimcoffmanmd If I have any regret about my younger years as a doctor it is that I handled death as part of the job instead of a transition for the family. If I could go back in time for anything I would pray with the families of patients who died. Few regrets. That’s one of them.
All flu vaccine formulations (including nasal spray) will be quadrivalent this year. My 4 yr old will be happy! Also, a reminder that AAP flu recommendations allow for coadministration with COVID-19 vaccine https://t.co/ILTYditAhT
@dr_c_cable I think it’s a framing issue: consumerism in healthcare is patient + focus on the individual in the context of that individual and their family (holistic). We don’t do the latter so well…yet.
