Not white enough, problem
Not dark enough, problem.
Instead of being dark, becomes white , problem
instead of being white , becomes dark , problem.
I don't know why some people complain that it's hard.

@ChroRadGirlie the endometrium appears bony per say. If it was my case, i’ll say “The endometrial cavity was seen and appears hyperechoic with posterior acoustic shadowing, measured about …x…cm.
Sonographic features is suggestive of EOM.
Some Nurses can be very annoying. The fact that they want to take side with a patient over a colleague is crazy. I sha do them dirty in front of the patients, rubbish. 🧐
@ChroRadGirlie It’s mostly a case of increased renal parenchymal disease.
There is multiple renal sinus dilation suggestive of Hydronephrosis. Let patient urinate and wait 10mins for a rescan to r/o Hydronephrosis.

The GA is not perfectly rounded so i will be difficult to say precisely what’s going on at this time. A rescan should be advised after 2wks for further evaluation.
