@xbc77 @MattLeech Until now I always received my payouts within minutes too and I really hope to receive it this time around too. Is really annoying that I don’t get a timeline whatsoever and I get punished for a glitch that is now my fault

Yes I contacted them since Wednesday and I contacted the support team also and they told me that is a glitch, but I haven’t got any timeline whatsoever, only general answers and informations. Any way all I care about is to get my approved payout from them and any technical problems they have are not of importance to me.

@MattLeech I recently passed Phase 1 of the Milestone program on two accounts and received my credentials for Phase 2. However, I have not received the payouts for Phase 1 and am unable to request them.

Your tech team is already aware of the issue and shared the following with me:
"This is, as of now, a new and unknown issue. We are currently investigating it with the Tech Team. I can’t provide a definitive explanation for why it has occurred, but we are actively working to resolve it as soon as possible and to ensure that it doesn’t affect more customers."
I have a question for you: Why do I need to wait an unknown amount of time for my payout? Why not release the payout and address the technical issue separately? This situation is entirely beyond my control, and it feels unfair to be penalized for something I am not responsible for.
