Delaying project execution to define the mission, meaning, and value to others slows down initial progress.

But it accelerates team connection and leads to much greater product impact, in my experience.

Involve UX early to lower the overall cost

The UX profession and its tools (research, prototyping, UI choices tied to ideal product outcomes…) exist to minimize the risk of coding the wrong thing. Go fast, but ensure you’re going in the right direction
