1) Network Effects (The Social Moat): Think LinkedIn. If you build a clone, nobody will use it because their network isn't on it.
2) High Switching Costs (The Sticky Moat): Think AWS or Salesforce. Once you build your infrastructure there, migrating is too painful to leave.

As an avid fan of Perplexity, happy was an understatement when I got the invite to trial their browser, "Comet."

The browser market (should we continue to call them browsers?) is getting interesting with talk of OpenAI soon to roll out their offering, and watch out for Google.
