When we say “compound,” it’s not about policy it’s just how some junior professionals manage themselves early on. A few choose to leave some profits in as a mental buffer while they’re getting comfortable trading real size. We scale based on performance, but for newer traders, that small cushion can help them trade with more confidence. There’s nothing wrong with that.
Yes, absolutely. This is exactly who we’re looking for. We don’t expect anyone to have it all figured out. Raen is a launchpad for talented traders who want to keep refining. We work with our traders every day to get better. Passing the assessment is just the first hurdle. We have a real focus on development, not gatekeeping.
Execution for all traders is handled exclusively through Trading Technologies (TT).
You’ll have full access to TT Pro, which includes advanced charting, TPO profiles, Autospreader, and a complete suite of professional tools.
That said, you’re not limited to TT for charting. Many traders prefer to analyze markets on other platforms and simply route their orders through TT for execution. Both approaches are fully supported.
Just to add - we’ve actually called up traders earlier when we recognized clear signs of edge. It’s not a hard rule, especially for swing traders. We can often see a lot through our process even with fewer trades. The key is that we need to observe your trading. If you have genuine edge, we’ll recognize it, and there’s always the potential to be called up sooner. But if you never try, you’ll never find out.
We’re not trying to push anyone away. The timeframe isn’t what matters. It’s the number of trades. To really evaluate someone’s edge, we need enough trade data to see consistency and approach some level of statistical significance. If you’re trading only a few times a week, it naturally takes longer for that data to build, but thats part of maintaining a fair and rigorous process.
@WickLearner Absolutely, you can. This isn’t about how often you trade.
Whether you take one trade a day or ten, the assessment is built for anyone who wants to earn a seat through an open tryout. Take your time, trade your plan, and work to earn your spot.
