I would just like @bennetts_bike / @lv / 4th Dimension to do what they told me they'd do and return the personal items that I know they at least had and which were specifically not part of the settlement.
I took out insurance via @bennetts_bike which was underwritten by @lv. My motorcycle was stolen and I used the tracker to help the police recover it. There was some damage so I allowed the insurance to recover it which was handled by 4th Dimension Innovation LTD.
I'd really like to put the bike theft behind me. This has been a really upsetting period and I can't move beyond it until this is settled. I am already significantly out of pocket. And I am getting nowhere with getting my things back.
My tracker is now showing at a residential address in Kingston on Thames. Does whoever has it know I can track their every movement? This seems at best like a GDPR breach.
i believe, for the moment at least, i'm done on twitter. too many straws for this camels back. i am more routinely on the popular picture sharing site where you an expect pictures of vespas, dogs, and dogs on vespas. and i can be found on the obvious federated twitter replacement
