Absolutely unthinkable in a barely productive economy like the US, yet alone UAE.

@jjvelazs De la misma manera que también se encuentran equipos (y devs) qué se mueven rápido y trabajan constantemente con deadlines cortas. De acuerdo que todo se acentúa / acelera en startups pero hay casos de gente tech top que pueden hacer maravillas en ambientes de early startup.

@jjvelazs Creo que se generaliza demasiado con tech top. El context switching de un dev puede ser altísimo solo que en un dominio más limitado. También se da el caso que cuanto más sénior es la persona más "flotan" en la organización y más trabajan en más cosas de diferente índole.
