the complete faceless account system from zero to $5K/month

this is the exact process. no fluff. just the phases.

PHASE 1: NICHE LOCK (day 1-2)

pick from this list or stay broke:

- AI tools tutorials (growing 300% YoY)
- cold outreach scripts (evergreen forever)
- notion templates for [specific profession]
- trading psychology (addicts who spend money)
- AI UGC methods (brand new, zero competition)

rules: audience must have money. audience must have urgent problem. audience must already buy digital solutions.

"productivity for college students" = broke audience
"client management for insurance agents" = money audience

PHASE 2: PRODUCT BUILD (day 3-5)

not a course. not yet.

make a template or swipe file. that's it.

go to reddit. find your niche subreddit. sort by top all time. screenshot every complaint.

take the top 3 complaints. build a template that solves all 3.

notion, google docs, canva, airtable. doesn't matter. just solve the problem.

price: $44. not $19. not $97. $44.

takes one weekend. stop overcomplicating.

PHASE 3: PROFILE BUILD (day 6)

name: not your real name. something that sounds like a brand.

pfp: logo or abstract design. never your face. never AI face.

bio: "[what you help with] for [who]. [credibility if you have it]. link below."

example: "cold email systems for B2B founders. 140+ templates. grab them below."

pinned post: your single best piece of content or your offer. nothing else.

banner: screenshot of results or clear value proposition.

link: direct to product. not linktree. not "link in bio" page. direct to product.

PHASE 4: CONTENT ENGINE (day 7-14)

create 30 posts before you start posting.

the mix:

12 posts: problem agitation ("most [audience] fail because...")
9 posts: quick tips with specific numbers
6 posts: proof/results (yours or others)
3 posts: direct offer mention

write them all at once. takes 3-4 hours.

schedule 3 per day. 7am, 12pm, 6pm EST.

do not post randomly. do not "post when inspired." schedule and forget.

PHASE 5: GROWTH SPRINT (day 15-45)

reply to 30 accounts in your niche per day.

not "great post!"

actual valuable replies that make people click your profile.

find 10 accounts bigger than you. reply to their posts within 15 minutes of them posting.

the algorithm shows your reply to their audience. their audience becomes your audience.

30 replies x 30 days = 900 touchpoints

expect 300-800 followers by day 45 if your content doesn't suck

PHASE 6: MONETIZATION (day 45+)

you should have:
- 30+ posts live
- 300-800 followers
- a product ready

now mention the product every 10th post.

"been getting DMs about my [topic] system. finally made it available. link in bio."

casual. not desperate.

expected sales day 45-60: 5-15 sales
expected revenue: $220-$660

PHASE 7: SCALE (day 60-90)

double down on what worked.

check your analytics. find your top 5 posts. make 10 more like each one.

add a second product. higher ticket. $67-97.

upsell to existing buyers via email.

"hey you bought [product 1]. made something more advanced. reply if interested."

30-40% will buy the upsell.

PHASE 8: RINSE (day 90+)

account 1 running. $3-5K/month.

start account 2. different niche. same process.

by month 6 you have 2-3 accounts doing $3-5K each.

$9-15K/month from accounts nobody knows are connected.

total weekly work: 4-5 hours across all accounts.

THE MATH

day 1-45: setup and growth (20-30 hours total)
day 45-90: optimization (3-4 hours/week)
day 90+: maintenance (45 mins/week per account)

one account doing $4K/month = $48K/year
three accounts = $144K/year
