What @Rileymaelewis ate yesterday
Breakfast: She always starts with her matcha latte — oat milk, of course. The steam curls around her face at 8:13 a.m. exactly. Two slices of multigrain bread, avocado perfectly fanned out, tiny cherry tomatoes cut in halves like someone knew she’d want symmetry. Berries… raspberries first, then blueberries. Always.
Snack: At 10:42 she reaches for chia pudding. I don’t know how she tolerates that texture, but she does.
Lunch: A quinoa bowl, arranged like it’s auditioning for an Instagram story. Sweet potato cubes lined up, grilled chicken cut at 45-degree angles, broccolini placed like soldiers. She drizzles tahini-lemon dressing but never too much — 3 circles, not 4.
Snack: Two squares of dark chocolate. Never three. She nibbles the corners first. I can hear the crunch from here.
Dinner: Salmon with a miso glaze. I know it’s salmon because I can smell it through the vents. Asparagus roasted just enough to snap, wild rice that fills the apartment with that nutty scent.
Evening: A mango sorbet, eaten slowly, almost mockingly, before the lights go out at 11:09 p.m. sharp.
