It is high time for government to intervene and make changes in the Railway Tatkal booking system. Why not change the tatkal booking start time by dividing to 3 or 4 zones depending on the starting point of the trains. At present country’s whole load is hitting the system at the same time only to show ‘We are experiencing high load error’. Try 4 different timings with 15 minutes gap starting from 10am based on train start point. Something should be done @AshwiniVaishnaw@RailMinIndia

@nakulvibhor Please don’t promote this company, they don’t even deserve to be a listed company in India. This numbers show some more people got trapped to their offers only. A listed company which doesn’t reply to customer emails or calls and 1000’s of customers are stuck with their service.
@bhash S1 Pro+ 5.2kwh is nice but company should reply to customer issues. My brother got one delivered last month, Ola app is not showing his ownership details. Emailed support many times & calls not responding. How can someone refer your brand if a customer gets absolutely no reply!
Day 15 of waiting for refund. Provided all the details on time, still have to wait this long to get a refund for a mistake by your flight booking partner agent. If Amazon can’t do flight bookings directly, it’s better to stop. Poor experience, not expected from @amazon@amazonIN
