This year is the first time there are Co-winners of the Award.

Molloy OF Anthony Manisero had a remarkable season for the Molloy Lions. The Staten Island native batted .424 with 9 HRs, 56 RBIs, 22 stolen bases in 25 attempts and a 1.140 OPS over 43 games played. He struck out just 10 times on the season. He was named All-American.

SUNY Maritime infielder Freddy Forgione put up a power display for the ages, re-writing the school’s record books. The Sachem North grad batted .385 with 21 HRs, 62 RBIs, scored 54 runs with a ridiculous 1.364 OPS over 39 games played. He also struck out just 10 times on the season and drew 25 walks.
