@DeanTTraining my gym has this one, can't figure out which part of the grips to hold. The vertical portion with my elbows tucked in 'feels' the most impactful. Also trying to vary the grip and setup to mimic the motion on an inclined press. Not sure if possible

- gym doesnt have chest supported row machines, better to use quad machine for row (cable, two hands, seated) or cable station with upright bench, or chest supported db rows?

@DeanTTraining Why is this better than the standard seated cable row seen on those quad side machines (lat pulldown; hi-lo pulley; tricep station with back pad; seated cable row with foot pad)
