@TolkienSociety I love all the films, especially “Fellowship,” extended. I don’t love many of the places where the scriptwriters veered away from the books, but I try to ignore those parts & focus on what I love. At more than 4 hours run time, I never want “The Return of the King” EE to end.
2023 is your year of break thru. Jesus brings forgiveness & a fresh start to all who come to Him. Receive Christ into your heart this year. It's a new beginning that lasts forever. Video Church, Sunday 10 AM, YouTube https://t.co/dIpRgB6lA2 #longislandchurches#Jesus#gracegrace
When Jesus first came there was no room for Him in the inn. This Christmas, we hope He will find room in your heart to receive His love, forgiveness & grace, & His life that lifts us above this fallen world with the promise of joy, peace, & His presence forever. Merry Christmas!
@JRRTolkien That scene in the movie was incredible. but I love how Tolkien wrote it, even more. He really built up the suspense and terror with the way he described how even the orcs reacted with fear to the balrog.
@DayvieSam @GQMagazine@alyankovic 😆😆😆 David, I wanted to say that, but you beat me to it – plus, you said it better than I would have. All I could come up with is this: "See Daniel Radcliffe as 'The Boy Who Lived, and then Grew Up to Play the Accordion,'" but that'd be lame & anti-climactic, so I won't. 😁
@ThisIsJeanne83 I'm assuming that you're the same Jeanne Bourgeois I said hello to from the chat, at the end of TORn Tuesday on Sept 28. I apologize for butchering the spelling of your name 😁, but thanks for saying hi back. Like a dope, I waved back at you through my computer screen. 🤦🏻♂️
@SteveMartinToGo @Blisscartoons Thanks for making me laugh out loud in a restaurant as I read this, resulting in dubious looks from some fellow customers. 😎
