These are the owners of the alleged"illegal PG's" sealed or set to be sealed 8n #Gurugram by @TCP_HARYANA. They took permission to build stilt plus four houses meant to house four families or say max 30 occupants but many have over 100 people living in same area. They say they are giving accomodation to hundreds and the sealing is impacting the tenants young corporate workers. So it should stop a TOD policy be should be implemented. They have a point. The charges for one room here range from 20K to 40 K in some cases. Shouldn't then these be declared legally commercial hotels . Shouldn't they be paying extra taxes electricity or water charges. They should take proper conversion permissions so that tenants get legit rooms to live.

और रही मेरी बात - आप मुझ पर जितने चाहें हमले कर लीजिए। मैंने कोटा में कहा था, और फिर कहता हूँ: यह शिक्षा व्यवस्था आज सिर्फ़ एक वसूली तंत्र बन गई है। मैं इसे ऐसे ही नहीं रहने दूँगा।

हर बच्चे को सस्ती, अच्छी शिक्षा और निष्पक्ष परीक्षा मिले - इस आवाज़ को उठाना मैं कभी बंद नहीं करूँगा।
