Becz of this kind of threat have to pay cash of that ride also

I was order from one restaurant regularly which is 6.9 km so delivery charges free but from now that restaurant show 7.1 km so hve to pay 100rs deliver what kind of this algorithms are woking ? Really stupid things to loot of money
