@INOXMovies vijayawada screen- 1, #shambala multiple times projection stopped. How pathetic is this ? Nearly 30-40 minutes faced time waste without even proper AC and Ventilation even after 70% occupancy. The staff can't even provided how much time they start continue the movie
Practically speaking, due date for filling Revised ITR for the FY 2024-25 which is 31st Dec 2025 should be revisited by our govt.
Due date for original ITR Non Audited & Audited was 15.09.2025 & 10.12.2025 respectively. Major Original ITR's are still pending for processing.
I won't demand abruptly for extension but the govt should revisit the Revised ITR due date this time well in advance to avoid chaos.
Request Hon'ble @FinMinIndia to do the needful.
@SajjanarVC Is there any possibility of burning of any substances covered under NDPS Act hidden inside the bus luggage cabin and that spoke makes dead passengers intoxicated within seconds by breathing that smoke and that's why they can't even realise their bodies are burning ?

The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) portal, maintained by Infosys, has reportedly been non-functional since morning, leaving thousands of taxpayers, dealers, and professionals across India struggling to file their GSTR-1 returns. The outage, which began early Tuesday, has led to widespread frustration in the tax community as deadlines approach.
What happens when the Income Tax Department is unaware of law and ground realities?

Legal Showdown: Gujarat HC Questions CBDT's Adherence to IT Act!
The Hon'ble Gujarat High Court has not only directed the CBDT to extend the Income Tax Return filing due date for audit-case taxpayers to November 30, 2025, but it has also issued a pointed notice.
The Court has asked the CBDT to explain why the ITR due date was not suo motu extended when the due date for Tax Audit Reports was extended, given the clear interlinking between Section 139(1) and 44AB. This highlights the ongoing litigation where CBDT is being challenged for not fully following the spirit of the Income Tax Act.
A major win for taxpayers and a significant ruling on the interdependency of the Tax Audit and ITR deadlines.
Gujarat HC directs CBDT to extend ITR due date for audit cases till 30 Nov 2025, citing interlink of Sec. 139(1) & 44AB.
HC also issues notice to CBDT on why ITR due date wasn’t suo motu extended when #TaxAudit deadline was.
As you all are aware that Income Tax Department has extended The Tax Audit Report(TAR) due date but not corresponding ITR.
We have approached the Honourable Delhi High Court in this matter.
We are pleased to share that our Writ is now part of batch where date of extension of ITR is prayed. Next date of hearing - 15.10.2025
Thanks to Dr. Adv. (CA) Gaurav Gupta ji for helping us in this matter.

I thank @IncomeTaxIndia for this notification . Thanking @nsitharaman for responding to this popular and very reasonable demand of the practising professionals

35 lakhs Tax Audit Reports last year vs 3 lakhs Tax Audit Reports till 23rd Sep.
These are statistics produced in court by the Income Tax Department.
Huge success & Unity of CAs in #PenDownNoExtensionNoAudit
Hope it's self explanatory for @FinMinIndia to issue notification today @nsitharamanoffc
A legal face-off is brewing over the tax audit deadline extension! The Rajasthan High Court pushed the date to October 31, 2025, but the Income Tax Department is fighting back, approaching the Supreme Court. They argue that the deadline is a matter of law, not judicial discretion. What do you think will happen?
