#WATCH | Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Rashtriya Devbhoomi Party workers and supporters marched to the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat in Shimla after completing a 600-km, 21-day ‘Swarn Samaj Ashwamedh Nyay Yatra’, demanding the rollback of UGC provisions and legislation.

What a great achievement by BJP.

Yesterday it was RandomSena. Today, one of the two good accounts raising GC-related issues has been suspended.

Is this how you plan to silence voices?

Remember: every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

BhimJP govt has literally filed an FIR against 24 RW accounts, simply because they opposed Jihadis who wanted to participate in Garba celebrations. Never expected this.

They are betraying Hindus from all sides.💔

An FIR has been registered for this post.

Yes, you heard it right.. This post has been declared offensive to women and an FIR has been registered.

You can't defend hinduism in the Hindu rashtra..

An FIR was registered by BJP govt in Maharashtra for this tweet👇

>Owner of the resort Pulkit Arya son of BJP leader Vinod Arya asks her to provide "special services" to a VIP guest.
>She refused but Arya sexually assaulted her.
>Then Arya, Saurabh Bhaskar (Manager) and Ankit Gupta (Asst. Manager) pushed her into Chilla canal.
>BJP MLA Renu Bisht, ordered demolition of the resort after the murder to destroy forensic evidence.
>Bhandari's body recovered from Chilla canal.
>Police managed to arrest all three of them.
>SIT formed and files 500 page chargesheet.
>Court founds them guilty for the murder of Ankita Bhandari.
>After conviction, BJP faced public outrage. then expelled Vinod Arya, and his son Ankit Arya, Vice President of Uttarakhand OBC Commission.
>But Renu Bisht(who destroyed forensic evidence) maintains her position within the party as MLA from Yamkeshwar Assembly.
>Journalist Ashutosh Negi, filed a writ petition pleading for a CBI investigation.
>Raising doubts about the SIT investigation being biased.
>Uttarakhand Police arrested Negi under SC/ST Act.
>Former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore released videos and audio recording linking BJP leader Dushyant Kumar Gautam as the VIP who wanted the "special services".
>Dushyant Kumar Gautam was appointed as the Governor of Sikkim. which grants legal immunities (under Article 361) from criminal proceedings during his tenure.

Ankita Bhandari’s parents demands his appointment be put on hold until the ongoing Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the case's unresolved angles concludes.

[Ajit Anjum @ajitanjum]

[Ganesh Godiyal @UKGaneshGodiyal]

India’s Scheduled Castes (SCs) constitute 16.6% of the population and Scheduled Tribes (STs) another 8.6% - a combined 25.2%, according to the 2011 Census.

According to all the surveys/studies conducted by government departments/ ministries including NHFS, NSS, UDISE since 1990s till date, the General Category, constitutes 29–31% of India’s population - a larger share than SCs and STs combined.

Yet look at the disparity in dedicated welfare support.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 2026–27, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗖𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗧𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 ₹6.5–7.5 𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗵 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 .

Where is the comparable dedicated welfare budget for the General Category?

Where are the dedicated scholarships, coaching assistance, hostel facilities and financial support for economically disadvantaged General Category students?

The consequences are alarming!

According to the IIM Udaipur Higher Education Report, between 2020–21 and 2023–24:
• Total higher-education enrolment increased by approximately 37 lakh, from 4.13 crore to 4.50 crore.
• General Category enrolment fell by 11 lakh, from 1.83 crore to 1.71 crore.
• General Category enrolment declined in absolute numbers in 21 of 36 States and Union Territories.

While overall higher-education enrolment expanded, General Category enrolment moved in the opposite direction.
This demands urgent investigation and policy action.

Our demand is unequivocal:
1.₹7 lakh crore annually for General Category welfare.
2.Dedicated scholarships and financial assistance for economically disadvantaged students.
3.Coaching, hostel and higher-education support.
4.Transparent Central and State budget allocations.
5.Annual increases in funding in line with welfare allocations for other social groups.
