My order has been put on hold because of some discrepancy regarding the shared power for which I was supposed to get a call from an "Eye Specialist" which was an AI phone.

And tried to reach out to you at 9999899998 which basically is disconnecting my call after telling me that my order is on hold. All of this took good 60 mins of my time without any resolution.
Can I expect any resolution here?

And when I did receive this phone call from your "Eye Specialist" which asked me to upload my prescription again for which I cannot any link to upload it here in the order page.
To resolve this issue I to reached out to your WA support which tells me the delivery Info.
