This is the harsh reality of @IndiGo6E commitment on Gesture of Care. It’s nothing but a marketing exercise to show they care, when in reality they don’t. So if you were impacted and are expecting anything from them, DON’T!
@IndiGo6E your gesture of care for the December fiasco are farce! My 3pm flight on 5 Dec BBI-DEL was cancelled same day at 8am. I got email that it doesn’t qualify as the flight was cancelled more than 4 hrs prior to departure.
@dtptraffic There was an event at Yashobhoomi today and more than 100 cars were parked on the road around it causing inconvenience. Why are they allowed to park on road and don’t get any challans?
@dtptraffic Thanks, but as mentioned this is the issue every day there is an event at Yashobhoomi. This needs a permanent solution. It needs traffic lights honestly!

@IHGOneRewards I recently noticed my points expired, on reading the fine print, 12 months of inactivity causes this. Though, unlike other hotel loyalty programs, why you didn’t send any notification or reminders on point expiration? Seems purposeful.
@airindia Thank you for the surprise upgrade to Premium Economy on my flight from Delhi to Aurangabad. Loved the roasted squash and chickpea steak because the tomato sauce was on point with the hit of chilli!

@AirIndiaX@AirIndiaX thanks for your response via DM for your inability to provide payment receipt right away and asking me to wait for 15 days. This is, I am certain, a breach of consumer rights. A receipt must be provided when a service is purchased.
@IndiGo6E And now on the mobile app it shows that I was a “no-show”. Seems like a sinister plan to not refund money to customers by providing different information on different platforms. Or make them suffer to reach airport only to find their cancelled flight. @IndiGo6E
@IndiGo6E what’s the status for 6E 6525 scheduled for departure on 5 Dec at 1510 from Bhubaneswar? It was delayed for last two days and instead of updating in advance, you show delay only an hour before and cause inconvenience l.
@IndiGo6E Hi. Thanks for your delayed response, just like the flights. Though, let me highlight miscommunication. I received message and email from @IndiGo6E that my flight is canceled, on Indigo mobile app it kept showing scheduled on-time and on search engines it was showing delayed.
