I not only faced an ableist attack but also a racist attack and I hope @ThaiAirways takes accountability and does better for other disabled travellers in the future.

I won't stop resisting though or making a scene to just be seen and visible in public spaces. Please put the effort in sensitizing your staff on ethics of interacting with disabled people. It shouldn't be our responsibility. 9/n

Just had a terrible boarding experience at the Phuket International Airport with a staff member from
@ThaiAirways called Pratima. They refused to support me in putting up my baggage on the check-in conveyor belt when I repetedly told them that I have a physical disability 1/n
