A West Yorkshire Police PC has been found guilty of making unauthorised searches on police computer systems.
PC Sanya Shahid, 31, based in Leeds, pleaded guilty to the charges under section one of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 at Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday.
A West Yorkshire Police investigation found she made unlawful searches on various police databases to access information without a policing purpose.
Shahid, of Nile Street, Rochdale, is due to be sentenced on 27 March.

This Boy was murdered for being white, he was small enough that if he had turned up here on a boat and said he was 12, he would’ve been believed. He was that small that two of the three stabs, went through his back and out his chest.
