Last night was among the best of them: 412, 417, 419, 419; 800, 823, 829, 832; 1456. 9/9 PRs. Amazing that 7 years ago this team at Siena didn’t exist - progress is addictive!

✨Awesomeness 🚨 Tom Ragone (left in picture) won the Section 2 AA race today at Spa State Park! Julian Franjieh (right in picture) also qualified for states along with Ragone. First Cross Country sectional champion from Niskayuna since 1995! The team finished fourth today! 👏

One of the best athletic programs in the school with some of the worst athletic facilities. Both the girls and boys track programs have sent multiple athletes to Nationals in the past few years who have achieved All-American status, and can’t even practice on a track with (1/4)
