- color palette. Like, darkening, lowering the saturation or changing the hue from some colors. Luckily as i do work alongside the modelers, the models will always getting some needed touchups i couldnt include on my concept arts.

The reason most fakemon/monster catcher designs don't hit (those trying to emulate pokemon's vibes specifically, not digimon and stuff) is because most pokemon have multiple layered design inspirations, a lot of which are understated and not immediately obvious.
