Indigo agreed that it was their fault but no one helped us out. We were left stranded outside Indigo's customer service. We had to do a fresh booking with Indigo and spent money we shouldn't have.We were told we would be compensated, but nothing was done. 3/3 @IndiGo6E @RonojoyD

I booked my travel from Kochi to Mumbai, layover of 1hr40mins in Chennai.
Due to negligence by Indigo, I and many others received our baggages from the baggage claim an hour late at Chennai airport. 1/3

@Autorounders My #FirstCarRide experience I can remember was traveling to Kerala in a Tata Sierra through the Konkan Ghats with everyone in the car suffering from motion sickness. Not pleasant.
