The JK govt promised 200 units of free electricity, but now it is hiking electricity tariffs. This is unacceptable. With unemployment already at its peak and people struggling financially, the government should provide relief not add to the burden.
Promises must be honoured.

A university is more than buildings—it is where dreams are built. I urge the UP Govt to explore every lawful alternative before demolishing Jauhar University. Resolve legal issues through due process while protecting an institution that educates students from every community.

What is the government waiting for? Should they allow Sonam Wangchuk to die? This is the world's largest democracy, yet no one from the government has spoken about his hunger strike or the demands being raised. Why hasn't the government even initiated a dialogue?

With deep emotion and reverence we pay our respects and glorious tributes to our first Martyrs, who 95 years ago on this day, by their supreme sacrifice laid the foundation of the people’s struggle for justice, dignity and human rights. A struggle that continues.

It is painful and unfortunate that the people of Jammu Kashmir are prevented by force, from offering fatiha and paying homage to the martyrs, as all roads leading to Mazar-e-Shuhada, Naqshband Sahib, are blocked and barricaded and restrictions imposed around Jama Masjid Srinagar and I have once again been placed under house arrest.

Graveyards may be sealed, roads blocked and people confined, the Martyrs live in our hearts, and our collective memory for all times.

May Allah grant them and all the Shuhada e Jammu Kashmir the highest place in Jannah. Ameen.

Another NEET paper leak has broken the trust of lakhs of students who study hard for years to become doctors. NTA must answer why such incidents keep happening. Students deserve a fair and transparent exam system. A proper inquiry should be done. Unacceptable.

But alcohol addiction is also rising rapidly. If the govt. truly wants an addiction-free Kashmir, alcohol must be banned.

Sheikh Mohalla near Lehandajan, Tehsil Sallar has been ignored since independence. While smart meters are being installed across many areas, our locality still lacks even basic electricity infrastructure.

@KashmirForecast It depends on pakistan, if they celebrate eid on 20th, Kashmir will do the same. The geography is the same between kashmir & pakistan. So grand muftis role is nothing here.
