Anda kenal Ponpes Al Khoziny. Pesantren tua, tapi manajemennya baru.
Senin sore. Pukul tiga. Ratusan santri sedang salat Asar berjemaah di musala. Tempat suci. Tapi tempat itu berubah jadi kuburan beton. Bangunan tiga lantai itu ambruk.
Korban jiwa. Luka parah. Semua karena apa? Bukan takdir. Ini murni dosa konstruksi.
Sejarahnya begini: Bangunan itu aslinya direncanakan hanya satu lantai. Tapi, maunya pengelola lain. Terus ditambah ke lantai dua, lalu ke lantai tiga. Tanpa hitungan. Pondasi yang harusnya menanggung beban satu lantai, dipaksa menanggung tiga kali lipat.
Ini namanya meremehkan fisika.
Puncaknya di hari nahas itu. Saat pengecoran lantai paling atas dilakukan, penopangnya jebol. Tak kuat menahan beban. Begitu satu titik ambrol, sisanya ikut menyerah. Runtuh total.
Apa buktinya kelalaian?
* Tidak Ada IMB. Bupati Sidoarjo sendiri yang bilang. Lembaga pendidikan sekelas ini membangun tanpa izin. Legalitas diabaikan.
* Aktivitas Jalan Terus. Saat beton basah di atas, nyawa santri di bawah dijadikan taruhan. Mereka salat tepat di bawah risiko tertinggi pembangunan. Mana logikanya?
Ini bukan sekadar kecelakaan. Ini adalah tragedi kesembronoan massal.
Para ahli sudah bersuara: Kelalaian kontraktor, dan kelalaian pengelola pesantren. Keduanya sama-sama bertanggung jawab atas kematian yang tak perlu ini. Mereka tahu ini bangunan tua yang dimodifikasi tanpa standar. Tapi mereka memilih diam.
IMB diabaikan. Ilmu teknik diabaikan. Keselamatan diabaikan.
Sidoarjo kini punya monumen duka baru: Reruntuhan yang mengajarkan, bahwa membangun rumah ibadah pun harus pakai akal sehat, bukan cuma niat.
Setelah ini, apa jaminan bahwa pesantren dan sekolah lain tidak akan mengulangi "dosa teknis" yang sama?
