A female tourist from the Netherlands was traveling in India when her bike broke down at night in Rajasthan. The road was empty, and she couldn’t find any help, so she set up a tent in a nearby field to stay safe.
After some time, a local village woman noticed her and kindly invited her to stay at her home for the night. She made sure the tourist was safe and even helped get her bike repaired the next day.
The tourist later shared this experience on social media, praising the kindness and hospitality she received in India.
This story shows that the true spirit of India lies in its warmth, care, and willingness to help others.

His name was Ashok Kumar.
He lived in Delhi’s Jagatpura with his wife and four kids. His mother stayed back in their village in Amroha, with his elder brother Subhash, who couldn’t work because of chronic illness.
So one man was holding up a family of eight. Ashok spent his mornings as a DTC bus conductor, and his nights as a security guard. Day after day, without complaint, because that’s what responsibility looks like in the real world.
Last night, Ashok was killed in the Red Fort terror attack. On paper, he will be marked as “one casualty.” In reality, an entire family has been pushed into darkness.
What do they think they gain by killing people like him? People who are simply fighting to keep their families afloat. And the most bitter part, those behind this terror attack were doctors. People who are trained to relieve pain. To understand suffering. To protect life. Yet they allowed themselves to be indoctrinated and turned into terrorists.
#BREAKING PIL filed in #SupremeCourt challenging the Union Government's Ethanol Blending Program to mix 20% ethanol in petrol.
Petitioner says selling only #E20 petrol, without giving the option of Ethanol-free petrol, affects the fundamental rights of millions of vehicle owners, whose vehicles aren't compatible with E20.
Petitioner says that E20 petrol affects fuel efficiency and causes corrosion of vehicle components.
The implementation of the policy without giving opportunity to automobile makers to make their vehicles compliant with E20 is unreasonable and arbitrary.
Petitioner seeks a direction to sell E0 Petrol as well as clear labelling that petrol sold is E20.
Job losses hurt.
2% may sound small on paper
But behind every job is a family,
A spouse, kids, parents, EMIs, studies
One layoff affects many lives
I genuinely hope we don’t normalize job cuts in India.
And I sincerely wish those affected find a place in the growing GCC ecosystem
Let’s value people, not just numbers
I have been through a jobloss before and it is very painful
