I had a flight from Delhi to Chennai @ 3:15 PM. I reached airport by 9:30 AM and asked the check-in counter staff for preponing the flight ! They told me to go to a different counter !

Why were we asked to pay such an unreasonable amount for a flight prepone request?
And most importantly, how does IndiGo plan to retain customer trust if this level of mismanagement continues?
