Travelling from Faridabad to catch Trains at New Delhi/ Nizamuddin Railway station is such a hassle, why the @RailMinIndia don't plan to make stops for train at Faridabad for Rajdhani and other long distance trains?

The estimated fare for the journey at the time of booking was shown as Rs.152, money deducted from wallet is Rs.268. Additional Rs.100 charged for Delhi MCD even though the drop location was within Faridabad. App is denying such charges being deducted. @ola_supports

The Support system is pathetic, the requests are being closed ex-partè. The refund amount is shown as Rs. 20 and the actual refund is given as Rs. 6.😅
Ola is not accepting the wrong Toll charges deducted, can be seen from the support chat.
