@IndianTechGuide It won’t be. Crude prices are pure supply and demand things. Crude producers don’t come out on streets to protest or get subsidy.
Annadata “will” protest on street, ensure you pay more for ethanol than you paid for petrol.
Shifting from markets to politics.
@sandeep_PT An American vassal for all practical purposes, and yet optically not so. Not getting any vassal benefits either because of this monkey balancing.
…all end to end to the frontend too. As if it’s working on an internal tool that requires all data available on the UI console.
Engineer at heart, that’s what Codex is.
Claude understands the difference between end user product req and core platform.
Codex not being good at UI, isn’t because it’s bad at that code. It’s deeper. Underneath it’s a great engineer. It thinks from that perspective. Not from the product’s perspective, how it’s to be used by the end users.
Various examples of this I’ve seen:
- You give it a feature..
…goal, it works on backend, database, and then comes to frontend. Updates marketing pages with engineering language like “we use Redis for hard-fast cache and governance”.
- It’s building a feature set that requires bunch of backend APIs to be built. It would integrate them…
Anthropic used to nerf their models and customers would realize only later that shit is hitting the fan. Now OpenAI is doing with Codex.
How does one design agentic business apps when underlying model is getting downgraded without any user communication?
@ValueWithPrem Only short term volatility, maybe for a quarter while people book existing profits and reinvest with a new base. Overall positive for markets in medium and long term.
Nobody is taking out money. Take out and go where?
@WeekendInvestng Back in my hometown, the circle rates are often more than market rates.
And since the stamp duty is so high, that has to be paid on circle rates, it almost always ends in a deal with sub-registrar who would suggest some “tricks” in paperwork to get lower rates.
I have never seen a worse product than Passkeys, that too promoted by the likes of Apple, and Google. Whatever they were smoking.
Or was it pushed down their throat by the big brother?
