@AerLingus Continuing.. She was checked by Police and questioned. She missed her connecting flight and waiting for 24hrs with no food or lounge services. Any explanation?

@AerLingus Continuing… The executive at counter checked and said, you can travel without any Visa issues but need to check-in again with baggage atMunich airport. Post reaching, she was not allowed to board the plane saying that she doesn't have Visa.

@AerLingus Want to report a traumatising experience my mother(67yrs) had while travelling through Aer Lingus. She boarded flight on 22nd to Delhi via Munich holding a Stamp0 IRP(Ireland). She can’t walk much so took wheelchair assistance.
